The festivities began with Jack helping Mom make the sweet potato casserol, of course wearing the chef's apron.

Then I thought he deserved a treat, nothing like a large lollipop to do the trick! Mr. Big Mouth :)
Oh what a bit of sugar can lead to...
Then for some play time! Liana is getting so strong and has changed so much in the month since I visited up in Boston. She is tolerating quadruped and is so close to crawling! My goal was to have her crawling by the end of the weekend. She got close, but not quite independent yet. She'll get there soon!
Jack had fun using the couch as a bridge.
We celebrated Mom and Dad's 40th Anniversary too! Somehow we got into a giggle fit...
Here's them opening their gift from us...
Their Wedding Picture, "Happy 40th", and "We love you" printed on the M&M's
Cannibals!!!
This was Liana's first visit with Rogie so I wanted get a nice picture of all three "Grandkids" together... Jack was the most patient model of the three... oh well, I tried...
Liana is big enough for a ride in the rocking horse that Kara and I played with as babies.
Fish Face
Nice hat!
Rogie in his favorite spot watching for deer, fox, squirrels etc... out the window
Break time, gotta go torment some kids now...
Jack had a fun treat and got to take a Whirlpool bath in MeMe and Grandpa's Bathroom before Thanksgiving Dinner! Unfortunately, Kara forgot to turn down the jets first...
Problem fixed but Jack was a little anxious initially, rightfully so!
All dressed up and ready for the Thanksgiving festivities to begin :)
Mozart and Beethoven
Jack our Pinball Wizard!
The next day, more playtime!
"All the world loves a clown!"
Nice cuddles with Grandpa, so sweet!
And then a visit with Grandma Gloria

In the many trips Todd has had to Baltimore, he has never been out for crabs! Kara recruited her good friend Jody, who is a crab expert, to bring us to their favorite spot Costa's. Even for the vegetarian it was a great time!
Todd did great and loved the crabs!
Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!!
